M is for Mockingjay

A mocking jay is a bird. it is part Jabberjay and part Mocking bird.

The JabberJays were Capitol mutts used in war, who could repeat

a whole human convertsation.

When the rebles caught on they began to tell lies.

the capitol eventually let the Birds die off in the wild.

But they didn't die off.

Instead, they mated with the Mocking Bird,

spawning the Mockingjay.

A Mockingjay can mock tunes and whistles,

music in general, and you can see one in

flight on Katniss' pin.

A mocking jay is the symbol of the Rebelion.
